This week I implemented a new "life schedule". There have been some major things in my day-to-day life that needed improvement, with the #1 priority being Bible studies (aka Quiet Times...aka QTs). I have been far too busy
Also, I was spending too much time (in my opinion) on the computer because by golly, you people have some mighty fine blogs that I love to read until the wee hours of the night. So now, my computer time has been limited to one hour every day.
Here's a look at the schedule:
7:00am Wake up, QT
7:45 Get ready for work
8:30 Leave for work
6:00 Get home from work
6:45 Eat dinner
7:00 Computer time
8:30 Shower(I'm a nighttime shower-er)
9:00 Wash dishes & make lunches for the next day
9:30 Free time
That gives me consistent wake-ups and bedtimes, which is much healthier, I think, and a full 8 hours of sleep! I can't wait for my rhythm to adjust.
I don't know what my weekends will look like, but I do know wake ups and bedtimes are constant. I also know that I'm not going to beat myself up if something unexpected comes up or if I can't stick exactly to my schedule everyday. But by george, I'm going to try!
Well, there you go, now you know what I'm doing every single minute of my day!
p.s. Clark has been serenading me with the guitar as I type, just because he knows how much I love it. He's wonderful to me, I'm so blessed :)
